Fix-Up Fund Loans: The MHFA provides loans at below market interest rates to homeowners for improvements to single family homes.
Rehabilitation Loan Program: The Rehabilitation Loan program assists low to moderate income homeowners in financing home improvements that directly affect the safety, habitability, energy efficiency and accessibility of their homes.
The National Trust for Historic Preservation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving historic places and revitalizing America’s communities, has several types of financial assistance available to nonprofit organizations, public agencies, for-profit companies, and individuals involved in preservation-related projects.
