A St. Paul fire house — the oldest active station in the state until recent years — is on the market.

Station 10 was used as a St. Paul fire house from 1885 to 2010 at 754 Randolph Ave., near West Seventh Street. This week, the city of St. Paul announced it’s soliciting offers from people who want to redevelop the decommissioned building.

According to a new survey Millennials and Historic Preservation: A Deep Dive Into Attitudes and Values, nearly all (97 percent) of the nation’s largest and most diverse generation appreciate the value of historic preservation.
