Protecting Threatened Properties
When a property is threatened Historic Saint Paul often gets a call for help. We are not a regulatory body, but work directly with concerned community members, public agencies, and other partners to build awareness of the risk of loss and advocate for strategies to protect Saint Paul’s cultural resources and promote investment into them. We engage a broad range of partners to analyze reuse alternatives, and mobilize public and private support and resources for rehabilitation projects. In some cases we take on the rehabilitation project ourselves or in coordination with private or non-profit community partners.
